'XIAN' (两点一线) is the branding of a noodle house specialising in traditional Chinese hand-pulled noodles. The branding revolves around the term '两点一线' meaning 2 points and a line and alludes to concepts of Chinese martial arts and mastery.

Motivation

I’ve always been fascinated by Kung Fu films, the concepts of Qi and how it relates to Daoism.

Qi is nothing like how the live-action of Mulan potrays it to be.
